Choose the Right Office
Custody type determines where to ask. These routes keep county, state, and federal records separate.
- For a released inmate or release record, the home page explains the full sheriff, court, and KORA path.
- For state supervision, use the parole and probation guide. The KDOC Pittsburg Parole Office is at 1008 W. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS 66762, 620-232-9550. Automated reporting is 866-570-7225.
- For recent local exits, check the 24-Hour Release List method and confirm time-sensitive changes with the jail.
- For a calculated date or county-jail alert, use the Projected Release Date and VINELink Check guides. Kansas VINE is 1-866-574-8463.
- For a state prisoner, search KASPER. Repository questions may be sent to kdoc_pub@ks.gov. KDOC Victim Services is 1-866-404-6732 or VictimWitness@doc.ks.gov.
- For a court event, use Cherokee County District Court or the proper municipal court for a city ordinance matter.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the federal docket and BOP locator, or ICE ODLS and ERO. County staff cannot confirm those systems.
